Sanitation
Niangua River Oasis makes every effort to provide you with a clean, well-maintained campsite. Please help us maintain the natural beauty of the Niangua River by using our dumpsters throughout the campground to deposit your waste. Keep the Ozarks clean. Don’t leave trash at your campsite. We ask campers to leave their campsite the same way they found it.

For your safety and protection, Security Unlimited is here to protect and assist you in any way possible. We ask that you please abide by our Campground Rules and enjoy your visit.

Campground Rules and Regulations
Campers are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules and regulations:

NOTICE: Non-compliance of campground rules could result in eviction of campground. No money will be refunded!!!

  • All radios must be kept at a moderate volume level and must be turned off at 11:00 pm.
  • Quiet time is from 11:00 pm through 7:00 am. NON-COMPLIANCE CAN RESULT IN EVICTION of campground.
  • Speed limit is 5 mph in the campground!!!
  • No ATVs or dirt bikes.
  • No firearms!!!
  • No fireworks!!!
  • No littering – dumpsters and trash bags are available. Please no cans or bottles in fire rings.
  • Do not cut, mar or damage trees.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while in the campground and are the responsibility of the owner.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The Missouri State Water Patrol and the Dallas County Sheriff's Department make periodic, unscheduled patrols in the campground.

NRO Security and the Dallas County Deputies patrol the campground on Friday and Saturday nights. If you have any problems, the NRO Office is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday.

Management reserves the right to EVICT persons for non-compliance with the above rules! NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Absolutely NO PETS in or outside of cabins! No tents.
  • Deposit required at time of reservation by credit card (one night's rental).
  • Cancellation required one week (7 days) in advance.
  • After 7 days 25% service charge.
  • Check in 3 pm • Check out 11 am.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
Guest House # 1
$300 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Full kitchen, two baths, heat and air-conditioning. Six full beds and two hide-a-beds. Sleeps up to 16 people. Fully furnished. No tents. NO PETS!

Cabin #2 and Cabin #3
$65 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Cabins sleep 2 adults. They have a kingsize bed, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, table and chairs, heat and air-conditioning. NO PETS!

Cabin #4
$85 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Has two double beds and sleeps 4 adults. Microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, table and chairs, heat and air-conditioning. NO PETS!

Cabin #5
$150 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Sleeps up to 6 adults plus bunk beds for 2 children. Fully furnished with central heat and air. NO PETS!

Cabin #6
$150 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Fully furnished. Sleeps up to 7 adults. NO PETS!
Guest House #7
$325 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Fully furnished, full kitchen, two baths, central heat and air. Six queen size beds and three hide-a-beds. Sleeps up to 18 people. NO PETS!
Guest House #8
$325 plus tax per night
(deposit, one nights rental plus tax)

Fully furnished with central heat and air, full kitchen, 2 baths,  6 full sized beds and 3 hide-a-beds. Sleeps up to 18 people. NO PETS!
